My Dad in ICU you never get any answers from the doctors
Been at this hospital a few times and everytime it goes downhill. 6 months ago baby was here for 2 weeks in peads ward. Now again today admitted at 2pm in the ward its now 18:30 still no meds had to fight to get a drip inserted but still no saline and when asking for meds i get no answer.
Most amazing, caring nurses and doctors I have come across. Even the receptionist was the sweetest. I LOVED this hospital. Healthcare in South Africa is not the best, but this hospital changed my entire perception. Keep up the amazing work guys.
Very very bad, if you want service dont come here, waited almost 3 hours just to see a doctor, and when i ask for help every time they say its a procedure, i was 3rd in line, 30min. Later it was only me, the doctor is standing and doing nothing i saw her and asked her to help me for just a quick 10min assesment, but i was ignored. So i left. This place is aweful and will never see me again
