Slowest staff ever, took my 16 month old to the hospital and there was no urgency at all!
If I could give a minus 5 I would!
The nurses at Mt Edgecombe hospital actually behave like they are specialist physicians. I would like to know which medical book says you become resistant to an antibiotic if you do not take it exactly 12 hours after the first dose was administered. Nurses bully patients as if patients are staying at this private hospital for free. The worst part is, upon complaining none of the nurses are ever held accountable for their pathetic behaviour, grotesque demeaning gestures in front of patients and downright lack of empathy. Surely there was a code of conduct in place before hiring these ruthless undeserving menaces. Management needs to closely monitor staff competency.
Excellent service at this hospital. I have been admitted at this hospital numerous times an always had good treatment been into theatre recently an the nurses kept checkn on me to see if I was ok.My grandawter who is 9 months old was taken to ER recently she was dehydrated an she had excellent treatment an recovered within a few hours.
