Rude receptionist/Call agent. I haven’t been to this hospital yet but I have already received a bad service via a call. I phoned to enquire and make an appointment but the person that received my call was very rude and impatient with me. Also, some of the numbers attached, are not working. Very disappointing

The most careless hospital ever. My sister was recently taken to this hospital, they gave her invalid medical prescription. Bunch of reckless people. Two days later we still don’t have the medication, still waiting for the updated prescription. If the management of this hospital cares, as a family we are willing to provide you with detailed information so that you get to the bottom of this

Kevin Opperman's Review

My 10-year-old daughter had been suffering from severe headaches, and our journey through the medical system has left me with mixed feelings about the care provided.

We initially visited the ER on 28 October 2023, where Doctor 1’s approach and communication were less than satisfactory. The consultation was rushed, and we left without a clear understanding of the treatment plan. Subsequent visits and interactions with Doctor 2 did not alleviate our concerns. Their diagnosis of anxiety seemed misplaced, and their insistence on a cardiologist consultation left us feeling judged for our financial situation.

The second opinion we sought from another pediatrician revealed a diagnosis of migraines, which brought some relief. However, a second ER visit on 13 November exposed further issues with the hospital’s responsiveness and communication. The overall handling of the situation was lacking empathy.

Doctor 3’s approach in the pediatric ward raised serious concerns. Their insinuations of our daughter “faking” her illness and reluctance to consider meningitis symptoms were distressing. The eventual MRI results indicating potential “mini-strokes” were alarming, and the delay in diagnosis could have been mitigated with more attentive care.

My disappointment reached its peak when attempting to change doctors, as Doctor 3 was unwilling to transfer care, leaving us feeling trapped in an unsatisfactory medical relationship. Doctor 2’s subsequent reaction to our seeking a second opinion only added to the frustration.

Overall, our experience at Life Cosmos Hospital has been marked by dismissive attitudes, delayed diagnoses, and a lack of empathy from the medical staff. The handling of our daughter’s case raises serious concerns about the hospital’s competence and commitment to patient care.
