My hospital stay was unpleasant , but thanks to the doctors and the morning staff (ward 309 medical Ward) for the excellent care. The hospital needs some changes especially the matrasses they are so uncomfortable. My thighs discolored from itching eversince I got to the hospital until I was discharged. Please do some fumigation I think the matrasses has fleas. The shower was smelling and the toilet was dirty especially ward 309. Please the bathrooms and the wards must be cleaned thoughrouly to prevent diseases that can affect other patients. (poor hygiene)and also if you can please look at your menus for the meals, they are very disappointing. The utensils and cups were dirty not washed properly!
We were not given the medication on time especially in the the evening…
First hospital stay for a surgery, I was dreading it. I couldn’t have asked for a better treatment from the staff at Life Brenthurst Hospital.
To anyone that worked ward 215 between 21-22 May 2024, thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The team from the hospital theatre was just as amazing.
