Ay kuningi; I wasn’t happy with my birth experience. I guess I’ve also scraped out Life hospital group.
Extremely disappointed by the recklessness of the doctor who saw my little baby. He passed my baby off as having flu, the consultation barely lasted 5 minutes and he prescribed cough mixture. A few hours later we were admitted at a different hospital for RSV and severe dehydration. Never coming to this hospital again!
The two stars are for the sisters and admin staff that attended to us who were extremely friendly and paid attention to every symptom discussed.
My son was admitted today we were placed in a room that did not have a remote for the air conditioning and the bathroom had a broken hand shower and and the rail was laying on the side.
Casualty was pleasant and the service was on point!
