This is not the first time I received dismal service from your staff members at this pharmacy.
Today’s experience, They were acting very racist as well. The guy at the back counter at pharmacy told me stand aside and served the other person. And turned his back against me when I asked him for help. They assisted someone that didn’t buy a thing. And I walked out buying a lot of things and treated me like I was not a customer.
From the front staff to the back staff they need to train their staff about customer service and to work on their attitude.
I won’t be going here again! Pathetic service
I have never come across a pharmacy that is so rude to to its clients. Especially the lady in the back answering the phones.ibe heard many people complain about the bad attitude of the staff here and rather go to their other pharmacy where they are treated with respect. As a.pharmacist myself,the lack of knowledge is astounding regarding the medicines given to the the patients. I would give -1 stars but get your staff lessons on manners,especially the women. The men are awesome. The women are rude as hell
Nice pharmacy but can’t go to them because they don’t accept medical aid.
