Every month we go there for medicine, there is no stock and then it takes at least a week to get it.
Staff said he could not read the script. I made a joke about pharmacist being able to read doctors handwriting. He said “is it our fault that the doctors write poorly”. I asked if he was giving me f-ing attitude. He told me to take my attitude and go. I told him to f-off and he told me to f-off.
Honestly instead of saying I can’t read the script he could have conferred with someone else regarding the script. I went to clicks and had no problem with pharmacist understanding the script. In other words your staff couldn’t do his job and took it out on me. Will never use you guys again. Thank uou
