I made an appointment on Monday 21 Aug for Saturday 26 Aug for 8 with dr Potgieter with Leandre. When I arrived, there was no appointment. She then made it for 8:20, at 8:50 when I asked when will I see the doctor, her response was that she thought the other receptionist took me through. Then it took her 30 minutes to find my file! This is extremely unprofessional, and I will not make use of them again!
