Had app yesterday with Dentist DrJacob.
He was very dismissive..and didn’t solve my issue…I’m in even more pain as writing this. Filled wrong teeth. Didn’t explain when to start eating after getting a filling. Very disappointed 😞
I had an emergency on 31 December 2023, I phoned an hour before closing time. I explained my emergency and was advised I can travel, they will assist me as soon as I arrived. The dr assisted me immediately (Dr Gouws). Excellent dr. Thank you for helping me and assiting me in a professional and friendly manner.
