Very bad place i came to the hospital with a swollen lower lip thinking they could have just gave me a needle shot to numb the lip and squeeze everything out but they kept on telling me we need to see you while time i was sitting from 8 the night until the next day at 12 and they gave me pills and discharged me they very rude and one doctor who helped me said the surgery doctor they will help me but then shifts changed and then other doctors were telling me it will reduce by it self but it been swelling and now started coming out with yellow stuff this hospital is useless my dad complained before and everyone i know has complained and security is very rude at the Emergency room they treat you like a prisoner 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
On the 09.10.2022.We arrived at the hospital at 16:00 in the afternoon my mother in law possibly had a stroke.
We waited until 23:28 for her to be helped. It’s pathetic service from a hospital.
How can someone wait 7 hours to be helped. They are rude when you ask something and do not want to assist.
A lady had to speak to the security and afterwards he assisted me by tell me my mother in law was still not helped.
It’s really disgrace.
I got admitted on the 29th April at night as I was feeling cramps at 41 weeks pregnant. SR Nomfundo Dladla received me with warm hands and she was nothing but professional and friendly not only towards me but to other pregnant ladies she attended to during my stay. what a lovely and bubbly person.Antenatal care deserve nurses like SR Nomfundo Dladla to help new moms feel at ease.
I would recommend Far East Rand Hospital antenantal / Labour ward to other moms because of nurses like SR Nomfundo Dladla. Thank You for making my stay comfortable SR Nomfundo
Reason for not giving 5 star is because my postnatal stay was not comfortable as I had to sit on a bench for 10 hours after giving birth. We were not allowed to rest on the beds after being in labour throughout the previous night.
Shocking. ..shocking …shocking ..a pt fitting …left ..had to lie on floor ..nurses you disgust me…Drs ..go do something else…you all disgust me….
