Care Reflections

The facility occasionally demonstrates commendable service, as seen in instances of friendly and speedy help from specific staff like a nurse and a radiographer. There is a clear opportunity for the facility to enhance the overall patient experience by improving wait times and staff responsiveness, fostering an atmosphere of respect and care typically expected in healthcare settings. This would align the facility with its moments of excellence and address consistency in patient care.

The worst. Everything is bad from their service to their staff. There’s a cleaner whose name is zanele. That lady is very rude and inconsiderate of pregnant women. She once said she’d hit some pregnant woman because she passed as she was mopping the floor. She looks down on pregnant women. This is a very serious matter because I personally have witnessed how she treats other patients and it is very heartbreaking. On top of that I went there at 7am and they only attended me at 4pm.

Papa Lukhanyo's Review

We were turned back after I took my wife who’s water was leaking on the 29/09/2022 by the staff who didn’t care much about helping my pregnant wife. We were told that the cervix is closed. And on top of that were told not to come back there unless my wife is in pain and if the water breaks we must go to Tembisa hospital, and this is after we were told by Ethafeni clinic to not come back to them when my wife was having labor pains on the 27/09/2022 and that we must go to Esangweni clinic. We lost our baby on the 30/09/2022. I will never trust any public service center in my life, these people don’t care about us

Worst clinic ever ,went there to initially give birth only to be transferred from to a hospital because one of the nurses had an issue with me ….the nurses there have no respect for anyone it’s sickening that it’s women who are doing this to other women .. it’s even more alarming that no action has been taken at that clinic till date where are we supposed to go to stop this behaviour….I don’t know if they waiting for more women to bleed to death while they sit down judging and gossiping about the women in the queue In pain

They don’t attend to patient’s. They work as if they’re doing the patient’s a favour.
