On the 14th december 2022 time was 3:10 am.i recèived a great service .the nurse was so friendly and helpful.only the receptionist wanted to be a bit funny but i just ignorrd her.
I went to the clinic on the 2nd of December 2022, to do my HIV test. Nurse In Room 37 told me to wait in a waiting from 12h30, I waited till I left around 14h10. Poor service service at the clinic. It’s sad how I had to return without help. You can imagine for someone who required urgent medical attention. You are professionals and signed Oath to serve the community, you guys can do better, really.
IT IS HORRIBLE…NO TISSUES, NO SERVICE NO CARE. JUST SOME YOUNG ADULT WHO GETS SALARY. NO FEELING OR ANY REMORSE OR LOVE FOR THEIR JOB. MINISTER OF HEALTH IN GAUTRNG PLEASE DO SOMETHING. PEOPLE ARE DYING, LOSING THEIR UNBORN CHILDREN BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE..PLZ PLZ 🙏
When a person goes to the clinic we go there cos we want help not for fun…the reception who was working night shift on this day 25/10/2022 she’s so rude and full of her self..how do you talk to patients with headphones at on your ear…in most times it’s nurses who speak rudely and shout at patients buy this time around its receptionist that lady shes so full of nonsense and rude she doesn’t deserve to work on health care facilities
Bad service😓😓😓 sick people stay long hours. How can a people who are less than 50 stay from 12 pm.to 5pm? I am so dissapointed sheim. Even the receptonist full of attitude
