I went there last week for the first time so far so good with the service
I just want to know if we pay for maternity bcz I will be giving birth soon
Disgusting service!! We went there at 1am as my partners throat had swelled and he was struggling to breathe, as he had had an allergic reaction to medication. The Dr took 10minutes when we finally got to see him telling us that this is the emergency dept and a sore throat should be seen at the clinic. Yes, we much prefer to get up at 12am and go find a Dr for a “sore throat” (wow)also told me that I was an idiot for giving my partner andolex throat spray as it only works on mouth and gums. Then he made a half hearted attempt to look at my partners throat, no light, no tongue depressor and sent him for a anti biotic injection. Only go to this hospital if you don’t want to go home.
Considering they over worked ,they doing brilliantly, the manager is Rameetse whom Is outstanding in giving support to a queries
On the 25th April 2024 was sent in for an emergency operation and admitted at a gyne ward. The staff(Doctors, nurses, general worker) gave us the best treatment and ensured we were comfortable at all times. The nurses worked round the clock to ensure we were comfortable and not in pain at all times❤️Big shout out to Dr Charlie for your kindness and professionalism and saving my life 🙏❤️ Doctors and nurses in that ward are very kind and passionate about their work 💕
