If there was a half star I would have used it cause you can’t redirect someone who’s critical sick to a different clinic knowing that you have never been there , they are the ones who have your documents but they send you a place they don’t even have anything about you which means when you get there you have to start all over
Worse place to be, all staff members are not doing their job, just roaming around, poor service indeed from this clinic , i wish Department of Health can solve this issue or else change all staff there, so irritating when you should attend
Worst clinic ever I was at the clinic at 5am for pregnancy follow up by 8:00 I was done with the bp and testing but the woman working with finalizing our files had to make us sit from 8am without any action only going for lunch and roaming around without helping anyone
