So today a went to the clinic
1. I waited for the clinic to open as I got there around 6am
2. The reception I’d give it a 3 as they didn’t find my file because it was a while since I consulted there
3. Personally it helps to go there with the positive attitude as I think we were alot and we can’t all get helped at the same time so I waited patiently for my turn
4. I was helped by this guy who took my vital sings and id like to thank Sr Lucia for help me with patience and professionalism I felt at ease as what I went for was an uncomfortable procedure thanks for the health talk and advice I would definitely visit the clinic again.. I saw the effort the washing of hands and sanitizing was observed thank you.

I came here around 8am it’s now 10:53am no file no word from them commutation is zero people who came behind me were served
So yesterday had to go an do the 4 hour waiting period there. Just took a friend.
They had a audit so all patients was said to sit in the main building.
Rude lady shouting at reception were you get your file. My God you do get a salary to work there…..you donR17;t work for free if you don’t like it there go somewhere else.
My observation once again the people who work here got a big attitude they act like the bosses…..No you a government employee!!!!! Suppose to give a service. The nurses are in and out if rooms not busy with patients……(at One stage i seen 5 sitting in a room chatting) when the door swang open,the patients is waiting for hours on end. There was one lady who had an appointment for 07h30 she was only help at 14h30……so explain that to me. Really this clinic needs to convert to as you a arrive you get a number and get called by numbers then nobody can jump the que, accept in emergency cases. I have seen people walking in get there contact there go to a consulting room then pharmacy and off they go. So either favour for a favour or friends but this place needs to be investigated. I will also bring this clinics behaviour to the attention of who ever is head of this clinic.

Poor service I’ve ever experienced in my life.i have been here since 7:30 and they are busy assisting people who found me here. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Staff here doesn’t have sense of urgency
