GOOD: pricing, facilities and consultation.
BAD: Customer relations, need a queue management system as a certain breed of clients don’t seem to understand the concept of queuing, Pharma – slow, outside specialist doctors like for diabetes NOT on time and had ALL of us waiting from 11am. He arrived at 12:15pm the rushed through the patients to make up for lost time thus compromising service.

It was not my first time however they do not have my records… need to fill the form fresh waiting for another 30mins.
After payment awaited for the Dr. and there was no announcement as per the order and patients were visiting randomly like a public toilet. Waited for more than 1 hour and after raising concern was let in to meet the doc.
Same prescription to reach to the medical store took another 45 mins to release the medicines….
I would say its a pathetic customer service or mismanagement due to poor staff.
The only good thing is the location and all tests can be conducted here… NEED ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN TERMS OF SERVICES.
