I don’t understand how and why patients have to keep reregistering over and over. I brought my mum in 2022 and now again in 2024 and due to system changes one needs to reregister once again. The whole point of having more sophisticated systems is to ensure that patient data is transferred seamlessly when systems are upgraded. You make us wait only to tell us that patients are no longer registered. That means you don’t even have past records of your patients. What’s the point? Improve your operations.
They have avery good services
Confusing queue to pay, some are told to take a ticket and wait, some dont. The queue jumping is terrible.
