I took my son to the clinic for the 1st time in July during school holidays..the service was shocking..we got there at 7am and we were assisted at 14h00 after I complained and asked for the person in charge..they said they attend to appointments 1st then the 1st time patient regardless of how much pain you are in..
I am going tomorrow the 14th of August for the 1st I am in pain I just hope the service has improved
Absolutely horrible you come here early in the morning and sit here until 4 then they close and tell you to come back tomorrow
I’ve had the worst treatment at Danville clinic, I firstly came with appointment date then they cut off lines brought me again Monday there for again (early )to be assisted unfortunately I wasn’t till late they even lost my files and it has my particulars in there 🚮 the staff didnt pay attention to me until i had to shout out…I rate it 0%
The doctors or nurse are very rude and think that they own the place as they are too judgemental because of the sickness you have. I was there from 08h30 and I was attended around 15h30 and told me to come back tomorrow
The worst place to be . I am here for 9am appointment and I am still here at 13:26 . They go for 1hr belreak and another 1hour lunch and they don’t care how you are feeling
