Doing covid testing is horrible they only open at 8PM employees arrive at 07:55 than you wait, wait and wait some more. They don’t explain why nobody is being attended to they make people who possibly have covid wait in a line all day
The service is bad, we arrive early in the morning only to be attended at 2pm and the service is was so bad. They couldn’t even check the properly. They rushed us since when it was thier knock off time.
I had a very good experience at the clinic. From start to finish. There is structure they know what they are doing. They help from the entrance, the blood room to Room 1 nurses are wonderful and their energy is so calming. Wonderful experience. Thank you!
I set at the clinic for 7 hours when it’s was 4 o’clock the nurses told us to come back tomorrow instead the people who arrived at 3 o’clock got attended and the four of us who came early in the morning had to go back home without being attended. I then went the next day and the nurse who was attending me was very disrespectful towards me. She laughed and judged my situation as she told the other nurse as if I don’t understand what they were saying.
Arrive early to avoid dissatisfaction and have a good sense of patience. The staff is great and very helpful sometimes
