It’s good and they follow covid regulations
Slow service
Nurses are great, great service indeed. But if only they could get more nurses because sometimes they are short stuff hence we have to wait for hours to be attended.
The nurse was so rude, no name batch, impatient, chit chatting with colleagues i could not ask any further questions i had as she gave me no attention at all
Went to collect meds for mum whose mot well, on arrival found 5 ladies relaxing in the sun. They sent me to reception who then showed me to the nurse, after waiting 40 minutes with 2 people ahead of me, they were having a mother’s meeting ignoring myself and the sick lady before me.
Spoke to a gentleman who said we have to wait for the nurse, also went back to reception, eventually just decided to leave and try to go to the nearest pharmacy to try and get meds.
This is people’s life, health and we get treated so badly, my mom is 80 years old but the fknt care attitude is so pathetic!!
