The store is clean, Some staff members have bad attitude and are always fighting with customers. But the head manager is very friendly and good at assisting customers

They lie àbout their time of opening hours. People stand infront of store waiting for them to open and they just look at them and do nothing. Very unprofessionalof staff.

A man stole my phone out of my handbag. Due to myself feeling him bump my handbag I reacted quickly and had my friend call it as it was out of my bag.

As she called I heard it rang in the store and followed him as he had fled to the last Isle where I told him to return my phone (I had not yet been in the isle till then). I grabbed it from his hand and called the security.

I asked the staff to call the police to have him arrested, but they did nothing, despite two witnesses they just let him leave the store to carry on his criminal activities, just because he lied and said he picked it up he did not steal. I asked them to check the cameras but was informed they have none.

I have been told afterward that they do have cameras. Had I not been in shock and feeling so helpless I would have thought to take videos or a photo, but I did not at that time.

I would like to get hold of the owner to find out if their is cameras to get the footage and put this thief behind bars,
