Doesnt even deserve a star! Unorganised and CHAOS!!!!!! Customers clearly doesnt come first here. Staff basicly walks you into the isles. You have to wait for staff to past you not the other way around. Boxes everywhere and you have to climb over products just to manage through the isles. Will NOT support this shop again. Will rather go to Dischem.
Customer service is extremely bad
Staff is extremely rude
Awful customer service
Staff at this store are very unhelpful and rude. As a visitor to South Africa and with a valid prescription from Zimbabwe and proof of ID etc I went in to get emergency asthma meds as I was about to run out. It’s not like I can get high on Atrovent or sell it for profit, but I do need it so I can breathe and the staff refused to assist and literally laughed at me. I have been able to buy my asthma meds in Natal in the past without a problem so why are your staff refusing to assist? They told me to go to a Dr! I am shocked and very angry that they are so careless over a condition that can be life threatening and they find it funny. in my experience, pharmacists all over the world will help travellers in need of emergency top up meds to get them home or if they are in trouble. I’m very glad I’m not diabetic or something more seriousand that I made it through the last 48hrs with just a normal inhaler as the dust of road travel can make my asthma really bad.
