Clicks Pharmacy Athlone

Very bad service, I had to look for an item myself after two people told me it was not in stock yet on the shelves if they just took the time to help. Unless staff!!!

Very impressed with this clicks services ! Manager Abigail was helpful and rectified a matter that needed rectification without hassle , definitely the clicks I prefer to go to for the things I need

Received stellar service from Siya at the Pharmacy. The medication I required was not in stock. He called around to different pharmacies until he found it for me. 👏🏻👏🏻

Been there a few times. Staff are incredibly rude, anrrogant and dismissive. They don’t greet, are quick to hurry you up, and unwilling to help. Clicks can do much better.

Thank you for always being so pleasant and helpful. Staff are always present to assist in the store. The staff at the Pharmacy are very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I was there today to collect pre-packaged meds and was very politely told the ticket for OTC meds different and I happily waited my turn. While sitting and waiting I saw how rude some patrons are and yet staff still serve with a smile. I have been using this store since it opened and cant/won’t go to any other Pharmacy. The Pharmacy has gotten a lot busier so it would be great if more staff can be assigned to this Pharmacy and that’s the only reason why I did not rate them 5 stars. I can’t fault the efficiency, friendliness and service I receive here. The cashiers are equally helpful and always draw my attention to special etc. Thank you🙏. You are appreciated.
