Such bad floor staff presence and no assistance. Constantly never get any help when walking in, I have to search forever to find one staff member willing to help
Never have stock of what you need despite script being on their system. Terrible
Just wasted time phoning this Clicks waiting to get through to the clinic. Eventually found out there is no clinic. Yet it is an option when you phone. Not the first time I have had my time wasted here….(Changed back to Medpharm )
My favorite medication dispensary to go to. Jubeida the senior pharmacist manager is always friendly, willing to assist and knows her stuff 👍🏼
Avoid this clicks if you can. The pharmacist lucky Ngcobo is very stroppy and arrogant. The senior pharmacist manager is also very young, inexperienced and overall the pharmacy is highly unproffesional. In addition the staff are unhelpful on the floor and the queues are long, service is very slow and inefficient.
