Service was very good years back, now it’s a disaster.
They don’t care about patients anymore.
I rate them 2 out of 100
Personally I would not recommend going to birchleigh North clinic.
The service is terrible.
They make you wait hours while they laugh and talk stories in the background. When you eventually reach the consultation room nurses are telling you what you can and cannot do with your body. Talking over you while you are explaining your symptoms and telling you to keep quiet and listen so they can go home early.
O/10 experience.
