Just got turned back because I’m 1 day early to the set appointment. Tried to explain that there have been an emergency at home, but ey what can I say👎🏿
Poor sarvice especially on the file assistant we come early in the morning but we leave late the told us the don’t have our files
The nurse that attended to me and my daughter was horrible to say the least. I was showing her the problem on my foot, she didn’t even stand or come closer to physically assess. I went there at around 14.30 and she was furious that we came late she wanted to do her admin work. She was so unprofessional in every way.
Had an emergency with my child,those people would literally stare at u taking Ur last breath with no help.their service is way beyond terrible,they don’t know their place.im disappointed,if there was a zero rating would have rated 0
It’s so painful been to poor coming to clinic seeking for help and only to be told that she’s going to lunch so the receptionist told me she’s going to lunch she won’t help me she didn’t even look for my file I had to wait for someone to come and assist me because she wasn’t willing to assist me her lunch is more precious than us getting assistant
