1 star because they’re ridiculously overpriced. Bought the Reuterina Femme 30 Capsules probiotics where the cashier just inserted R399.99 into the card machine. Checked on Clicks and the same thing is priced at R280.00. Came to this store out of convenience but it looks like you should just go to your nearest Clicks or Dischem to save yourself a truck load of money
I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. Staff extremely kind, so helpful. And Dr Moola was so amazing with my 6 year old son.
Absolutely amazing service. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my son received at Alpha Pharm Sunninghill and from Dr. R Moolla. When my son fell ill, I was understandably worried, but the support and professionalism we encountered made a world of difference. Sunhill corner pharmacy is well run and efficient. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It is well stocked and always has everything I need.
Ordered an urgent item two days ago and followed up today only to be told there is no stock with their suppliers as they check in what seems to be real time. That is understandable, telling me two days later when I am forced to follow up is not. Telling me to ask another pharmacy to order is also not. Unacceptable, I could have looked for the urgent item 2 days ago but put my trust in this pharmacy.
