Really lovely staff and customer experience. However, I find that they do not have the meds or brands I need. Also, their prices are quite high compared to other pharmacies in close proximity. Eg: A home covid test at Dischem costs R50. At this pharmacy, it costed me R100. I understand that Dischem is a larger pharmaceutical company but this pharmacy’s prices are quite exorbitant. I find taking things on medical aid better as they are limited to the medical aid’s rates.
This pharmacy is never organized. Can’t find scripts on the system even though customers have received texts from them to collect their REPEAT orders. Never a nurse to do b12s etc. Have to wait too long to get helped. Terrible customer service.
