Moved to this Pharmacy 2 years ago after many years at Dischem. Sorry I did not make the move years ago. A pleasure to be served quickly by friendly staff.
Rude, self inflated and judgemental management.
I asked for a flu vax in Dec and told, loudly, he “doesnt give it just so you can get your Discovery points”
Check your facts : Discovery only gives points March to Sept for a flu vax.
I will rather support Dischem moving forward.
Some of the staff is friendly but management is bad; they cannot help you when experiencing issues with their products. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them better stick with Dischem.
Always welcoming
I frequent this pharmacy quite often, and overall its a pleasant experience. I have however previous noticed a white guy (Georgio??) That seems to deal with telehonic clients where he did the same thing.. I was having a discussion with one of the over the counter assistants, when this guy walks over, telephone in hand, interrupts me communicating mid sentence to speak to the assitant. I stood back and allowed him to finish after which he walked away. The counter assitant and I resumed our conversation, only for hom to walk over and simply talk over out conversation again. You my dear boy, have NO MANNERS, and will cause me to shop elsewhere.
