We have just moved into the area and would have considered changing to the local pharmacy being Alpha but after this pathetic excuse for customer care / lack of service directly from the owner I will not be going back there as they simply DO NOT CARE!!!!!
My wife reminded me at 17h45 that I need to get my meds and said she met a lovely lady at the local pharmacy down the road that will certainly help…. So I go through and take with the details accordingly of my repeat script etc.
I arrive and ask for assistance to provide with 1 tablet for the evening so I can sleep and then fill my script at my old pharmacy in the area I moved from the next day.
Mark the owner is completely ruthless and totally unwilling to even look at the details I have with me. If he had, he would have noticed that the repeat finished last night but no he completely refuses to help or even think of offering a solution.
Rudeness at its finest and complete lack of empathy towards customers.
As a student, this was a fantastic place to complete my work hours, the staff was polite and taught me alot about the operation of the pharmacy and the pharmacists were enthusiastic to teach me about the profession and were willing to answer any question I had. 10/10
