HORRIBLE & CRUEL SERVICE!!! the Midwife has unacceptable bad attitude, screaming & shouting at pregnant patients as if they are kids in primary school & refusing to help them because of petty things, THIS BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE. You don’t treat people like that especially patients, you must have love and compassion for patients. I seriously don’t know who she thinks she is, be a midwife and just do your job!!! This woman needs to be put in her place and reported to the higher department because I am pretty sure they don’t know how bad she treats patients. If she was working under me I would fire her a long time ago!! This clinic just left a bitter taste in my mouth -Pathetic I’ve never seen anything like this before
I have been here since 7 in the morning only 5 people have been called in. Sitting outside in the cold. Worst service ever.

The most pathetic place one can go to. The staff there is not helpful. You ask questions they give wrong information, they put you in the wrong que and then you are sent to another que, and then they argue amongst themselves about the wrong information the other staff member gave…it’s just bunch of nonsense that place. I wonder if anyone can ever say they receive/d proper medical attention there. Very disappointing!!!
