Went to the clinic for my daughter’s 3 day routine check. After waiting for about 2 hours in line with a 3 day old infant, whilst having stitches of giving birth and in horrible pain sister Vanya, one of the nurses told us she could not attend to us we need to go to another clinic because she was out of files as she put it. A 3 day infant does not need a file for her to be attended to she already has a road to health booklet. Very disgraceful act from Sister Vanya. Literally chased me away with my 3 day old daughter. A total shame. I was not the only lady . She also chased away another lady next to me who had the same challenge as me and could barely walk, whilst carrying her infant. People like sister Vanya are an embarrassment.
39 weeks pregnant and lost some water i was put on bed rest and didnt make it back on my date,she shouted and screamed at me infront of everyone outside and refused to help me!!!
RUBBISH midwife yelling at pregnant ladies. Full of shiit and very disrespectful. She has no hospitality at all and i wish she suffers the way she makes pregnant ladies feel. Pregnant ladies are vulnerable and must be polite to them. That rubbish lady yells at them as if she owns the clinic. I pray she never conceives . My sister came crying at home saying she shouted at her. I dont know why we keep complaining about her but she’s still there. Thanks to the security that was polite God bless him and the receptionist
