Stunning place with amazing staff and caring doctors. Definitely and 5/5 for service delivery. The nurses were so friendly and even the kitchen staff were extremely accommodating.
There’s this woman called Leeneth she has verbal diarrhea towards patients, because of her wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there to pay huge amounts of money to be healed only to get more stress by one of the stuff members. She’s so rude and talks as if Akeso is a hostel. She’s naturally a bully.
Personally after my experience, I would suggest the nursing staff must have training to work in a Cinic
There were a few things that scared me.
Being in Vista Pretoria, Akeso have some research to do.
Then the aftercare and treatment from the receptionists to the back office is terrible.
One of the people in the back office tells me “you are no longer admitted”
Which is really none of her business
Really, is that the way to speak to people, would say skills is a problem.
That after I have been trying for 10min, just to find out if someone was there…..
She threw the phone down.
As far as I’m concerned, Akeso is not a place I will recommend, after my ordeal.
They have wonderful Dr’s and therapists, kind and helpful.
