Jahara Treatment Centre

I have been in addition for more than 12 years(alcohol,sex and drugs). My life was unmanageable and I had lost my identity. I was in Jahara for just over a year, after 4 attempts of different rehabilitation centers. Jahara saved my life,marriage,relationship with my loved ones and they helped me find my identity. They have a excellent team of counselors and social workers. I will forever be grateful to Jahara. Jahara was the safest place for me to overcome my toxic behaviors. May God bless you all in saving more lives. I have a new healthy view of life, glory be to the most High, my Lord and savior. I choose life by using all the tools I was blessed with in Jahara.

I have been struggling with the disease of addiction for 13 years of my life(sex, drugs and gambling. ) During this time I have been to 5 different treatment centres. I spent a little over 2 years at Jahara treatment centre. With the help of the dedicated staff who follow a holistic addiction recovery process I was able to create a new identity for myself. I learnt so much at Jahara; I worked in the kitchen where I was able to cook for 50 people, to play the drums and received the tools to live a clean and sober life. I love the fact that Mark and Laura are very hands on when it comes to the running of the treatment centre and also very involved with and are accessible to the residents.They are passionate when it comes to helping the addict who still suffers and will go to any lengths to help. I will forever be grateful for what Jahara has done for me.
