Jahara Treatment Centre

Hi I am Patrick Hannah and I am a recovering addict. I completed my program at Jahara with the help of qualified councilors. My self will lead me to rehab and if i didn’t go, I would have been dead! Jahara saved my life! I will be forever grateful for all the life lessons that were taught to me. I am today a happy contributor to society. My wife couldnt be happier and my 8 year old son now has a father. The food is incredible, there is a swimming pool and I felt like I was part of a family! The Jahara family! Mark Lewis is the most incredible guy you will ever meet. He will take you out of your hopeless state and make you believe that you are worth it. The councilors dont only work with the addict, but also the family. They will try patch a sometimes hopeless situation where the family want to leave, and have nothing more to do with the addict, back to a family that’s wants him or her back in their lives. All that I can say is that, although it was one of the hardest things i have done, it was the most rewarding. I am now living the fruits of recovery. Life is great!!

I spent 2019 in Jahara receiving treatment for alcohol, substance and gambling addiction. It is the only treatment centre I have been to and I am now two years clean. I have rebuilt my relationship with my family and have integrated back into society.

It has changed my life and how I see the world and I will be eternally grateful for the love and patience shown to me by the dedicated staff there.
