Absolutely shocking and appalling. The stickers on the meds does not reflect the correct telephone number. But once you have the information, it is a fruitless exercise to try and call. After so many complaints, it seems the responsible people actually don’t care to really fix the horrible service – don’t offer a service if you KNOW you can’t deliver on it. Or employ people who WANT to work and have passion for it. So disappointing.
What a terrible experience. We ordered meds at 8am this morning through the ward my husband is lying in. The meds were never delivered, so at 17h30 myself and my husband took a slow walk to the pharmacy to buy the meds ourselves. After waiting for a pharmacist who was busy for too long and probably was going to be a timeous experience, we grabbed meds off the shelf. The cashier was aware of our struggle and as my husband is a clearly fragile patient with drain pipes hanging from his back brace, the cashier decided to help the security guard with some airtime before helping us. Disrespectful staff and poor service delivery.
