My mother was treated. She was humiliated and be littled by the staff working there. She is an elderly person who is visualy impaired. They refused to help her because she is to lazy to do it herself although she was a fall risk with an armband stating this. I am so dissatisfied. Is this how the hospital treats the elderly. My sisters daughter laid a formal complaint but nothing was done about it. No feedback. She is scared to death to go back to the hospital and begged us to take her home against docters orders. A hospital is suposed to be a place where they take care of you. Where you feel safe not being laughed at and humiliated. Left for hours.
My mother was admitted to hospital and suffered severe emotional trauma. She was sent for x-rays to be taken. After a long waiting period they “discovered” it was the wrong “person”. Back to the ward with the wheelchair. Oops. Two patients with the same surname. We received a call that she was discharged. Oops… Again the wrong “person”. Was laughed at and humiliated by staff members. She begged us to take her home while still very sick.
Admitted in hospital I only receive care from trauma, in ward no care no doctor to see the patients, a person can die in this hospital 🤞🤞, the whole day no doctor came and see my condition, with tight chest and difficult to breath, no care at all in this hospital , in Trauma they assign a doctor which I know that Dr doesn’t care about clients, last time I was Admitted and the same Dr was assigned to me worse part is that the Dr only saw me after 2 days admitted… He was good in claiming from my medical 😭😭😭Owu I hate this hospital now😭😭I just wish I can discharg myself and go to public hospital, this is nonsense hospital no care at all
I am not happy with the service i book my bed online about a week and a half ago only to find out when i arrived there is no bed for i am sitting for two and a half hour still waiting for a bed this is unexceptable Louis Leipoldt Bellville your service is pathetic my medical aid is paying you in full for this bad service.
The food standards have dropped. Please expand the menus and have better food as medical aid is expensive and I found myself asking my parents to bring me food instead
