No monitoring or control of the inevitable queues
Friendly and helpful staff
I went to this clinic about 6 months ago. I was taking my son for his 4 months vaccine. i have to admit I was about 6 weeks behind, but the level of belittling and the disrespect I was treated with was uncalled for. I was shouted at, talked down on like i was a small child engenanqondo. I would never ever ever go back to this clinic even if you paid me.
Open 24 hours but number goes to voicemail
This is what we experienced. There are still good people and services out there. From the security guard to the staff. They were polite and explained how their systems worked. We felt safe and these guys know what they’re doing and most of all their manners shows that they are in the right profession because they’re asking the right questions and are really concerned about your well-being. Our relocation was smooth sailing and I truly appreciate everyone involved in the clinic are truly doing their best to make everyone feel that they’re takin care of. Desire, the lady at the Vitals and the young man at reception I respect you guys and take my hat off for your dedication to take care of your patients. May The Creator guide you and keep you guys safe on your path of taking care of mankind. We truly appreciate your kindness, generosity and care that you showed us today. Take care mwahhhhh
