I’ve been so blessed to ever be assisted by the most efficient and patient friendly Sister Stuurman…may she continue being so helpful and informative and making one feel she’s chilling with a friend. We hardly get such from public clinics . So kind…so remarkable!! Keep up the good work..may they give u a raise, you go all out!
The clinic staff a very unprofessional, extremely rude, apathetic and unhelpful. I got to the clinic needing assistance without being aware that the clinic is closing in 30 minutes (13:00). I got scolded at and humiliated by the nurse present (male) as well as the admin clerk that I am late and should have arrived early(as though I knew and came there.
I Got insulted by two administrators today..gave one of them the cards of my kids and told them that they have flu
They checked the cards and after a while they said I didn’t explain anything to them about the kids..I told them that I did say that they have flu
They told me that do I see them like the father of my kids. ..I should stop talking and being forward because they are telling me that I didn’t explain anything to them.i should stop talking as if I sleep with and I should not compare them with the father of my kids
I just said to them attending government clinic doesn’t mean we don’t afford private doctors just we 1st check the condition not everything need to be private
They should stop treating us like garbages
