Dr..Melanie Kruger and her team of doctors @ Healthcare Professionals at Wapadrand Medical Centre are absolutely fantastic! They are accessible,follow-up diligently and go the extra mile to assist you with all your medical and aesthetic needs.Highly recommended practice..staff are well trained,empathetic and professional.
Dr Bruckner was great but the one receptionist, I think her name was Driekie, was very rude and unhelpful to me when I was in a difficult situation and needed my chronic medication script sent to the pharmacy. I wouldn’t recommend this practice due to the poor service from staff.
In my +/- 15 years with this practice I have only been treated well, kindly, professionally and wisely by all the doctors and staff. Today – on a super hectic day in a long weekend – Dr du toit went out of her way to get to the bottom of my covid symptoms and complex treatment regime (underlying disease). Thank you!
I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr de Villiers last year. I had a horrible migraine, with a chronic condition. I asked to be referred to a specialist since I had visited the practice several times but I was not feeling well. She flat out refused and told me to go back to work. I had to figure out what to do by consulting with a neurologist and ENT specialist. I had a few tests done and had to have 2 operations. I have been okay ever since. I was happy with Dr Joubert but Dr de Villiers was rude and showed no regard for the pain that I was in.
