Excellent and quality service
So impressed with the excellent service from Van Heerden’s staff. We have twins that were born prematurely that had to get RSV immunization shots as advised by our pediatrician. These injections are very expensive, not common and hard to come by as motivation letters need to be written to the medical aid by our pediatrician and they have to be ordered especially. Martinet assisted me in talking with our medical aid after struggeling numerous weeks myself talking back and fourth with them. They approved the injections and our twins recieved their shots. I am especially impressed with the level of professionalism that all of the staff assists us with and we are always greated with a smile. There is always someone that will ask how they can be of assistance and the nurse that works with our children for their immunizations is excellent. Our children love her to bits. I can recommend Van Heerden’s to anyone, always willing to help and always has everything that you are looking for, from formula milk to medicine to household items.
