Worst medical experience of my life. Repeat visits with multiple different diagnoses and multiple different prescriptions, none of which worked. Zero bedside manner. Wasn’t even greeted by the doctor. Although they claim to treat in-house, I was told I needed a referral to a specialist and then never received one, even after following up. Secretarial staff unfathomably rude. Say they’ll phone back and never do. Impossible to get a straight answer about blood work results without sitting there in person until results are given. Cannot dissuade prospective patients enough. You’d be much better off at most public hospitals in Durban.

Dr Naidu truly cares for the well-being of his patients. He spent time with me today explaining why I was feeling so ill and the treatment required he really cares he has such a gentle way about him that made me feel cared for. He really cares about making sure his patients are firstly treated well and healed. The rooms are beyond clean and well taken care of the staff outstanding I really felt heard and well taken care of. Spent the morning on drips and meds and walked out feeling much better than how I had walked in. Thank you

Ì bought my mother she had High bloòd pŕeasure but when we left the doctors rooms she was fine and healthy about a week ago i bought my wife with flue but when we left she was in good spirit and cured
