Nurse was rude..yelled at me asking a simple question and told me to get out of her consulting room and stand outside her badge was hidden…No wonder why people prefer to die than come here
The service is ok and the staff is also not bad. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past 5 years and I only had a bad experience on one occasion. Like any public institution in Jozi, you must be prepared to stand in long queues for a very long time when you come to this place. I normally arrive at the clinic around 6 in the morning when taking my son for a check up and stuff, and if all goes well, I get to leave the place at 10 or 11 am. On a bad day though, I normally leave the clinic around 3 in the afternoon. My advice to anyone visiting this place is to be prepared to spend the whole day here. Cancel all your plans and appointments if you have to come to this place.
The antenatal sister is very rude… She complains about how the government is unfair to them, how othee nurses are resigning because of patients. She threatens that she will also resign, she refuses to make letter for absent preggies yhuuu waze wane nhliziyo embi ugogo
I heared about the bad service of this beautiful clinic but today I experienced it. The staff sit outside on the chairs while only one is attending patients. It’s really sad the way they treat patients. They don’t care about doing their job
