Hi am Lutendo my younger was at tshilidzini hospital she gave birth on the 31 July 2023 6 days after she went to ICU no one has bothered to tell us why went wrong she was discharged from the hospital but now when she do number 2 it does not come out where it must come out is coming out from her Virgina call the hospital the phone is ingeged I need help
Worse hospital ever and it’s not even clean even their service is slow so don’t expect friendly assistance coz even the works are bit harsh
I’m so disappointed in this hospital, cockroaches are many and the infrastructure is damaged. Service is very slow and unprofessional even if there are no many people😭🚮🚮I can’t advice a person to go there, is the worst hospital ever.
