I’m very disappointed ☹️☹️ I feel like crying on SOPD these a nurse I was asking her because I don’t know the procedure in here so I ask her because I hear people saying they are on team B team A she speaks to me very rudely I don’t know what have I done her wrong
I normally get good service at this hospital, but today I have a very different and bad experience. I came here at six an appointment at eye clinic, the time is 11h46 there is no doctor to see patients nobody is saying anything to us regarding the absence of the doctor. Nobody knows if he/ she is coming or not. Why have an appointment if you have no intention of seeing the patients? The waiting continues, I feel sorry for the elderly who are tired and hungry. Like I said I normally get excellent service here.
