The Nairobi Women’s Hospital

Went there two days in a row and the two receptionists I interacted with on either day were very rude. I had to talk to another called Gloria, and she was helpful. The services of the receptionists is wanting.

The hospital is infested by coakroaches, poorest hygiene, how can a hospital where we seek safety be dirty putting patients more at risk.

My mother was admitted there with scepsis. She was confused and very disoriented. Catheter was not being emptied, full and lying on the floor, bad odor, morning breakfast not xonsumed by my disoriented mother still there where during lunchtime full of flies.
