Terrible service!
Staff unprofessional.
Operating hours state they are open till 18h00 but there is no Dr. on duty. I called an confirmed these times.
Can’t make an appointment because the Dr only works certain hours and according to his receptionist “he goes home if he is not busy, so best you come very early in the morning”.
Wen’t to another travel clinic and received 5* service.
Appointments not kept on time ( my wife waited for more than an hour even though an appointment was made so she left without being attended by a medical practitioner as she also has dead line to meet) , staff are rude and unhelpful .
I was so impressed by Dr Teixeira , he goes more than the extra mile. His patient care is phenomenal
