As usual the phones are not being answered and the voice message service is on. This practice is supposed to open at 8:00 am. No one remembers to put the answering machine off. Come on people….do better.
First time seeing Dr Albrecht. Such a great experience. Willing to help and advise. Went out of his way to assist with all requests a questions.
Reception staff could make the experience better for people being sick and unsure.
Professional practice. Sometimes you might have to wait a little but that is part of life. The medical care is excellent.
