Yesterday I went to this hospital and I never had a very bad experience in my lifetime I was at the hospital for 7 hours and I couldn’t be helped because they couldn’t find my file and I had to go back home without being helped I went back on Tuesday still nothing I will go back on Wednesday maybe I will be very lucky thanks South Rand Hospital
Casually workers are bad those nurses is like they are doing favors for patients mospecial men are really bad

The nursing staff are absolutely rude. When you ask them anything all they do is not their heads. The hospital is filthy.
worst service ever. I got there at 9am to see the dentist ,the reception lady told me to write my name down and come back at 3pm to see the doctor. I did exactly that and when i came back for my 3pm appointment i went in to see the dentist only for him to look at my teeth and say i need to come back some other time to make an appointment to see him so he can then make a proper assessment and make an appointment to assist me with cleaning my teeth. I was so disappointed at the lack of communication and the fact that i have to take atleast 4trips to get the help i need.the dentist was also quite dodgy cos when i took out my phone to request a ride home he implied that i am recording him and got all worked up about it even after i proved that i wasn’t recording
