Worse service ever…
I am not happy with the service that I got today from a public clinic named Simunye Clinic. I waited there for 3 hours unattended and yet the clinic was empty. I was told to wait for them to issue me my file before I could be assisted by a nurse, so I had to wait for 3 hours to get my file. Whenever I reminded them they told me to wait, number of patients came after me left me waiting for my file. I got so angry, that I even cried and decided to go to another public clinic, that’s when the domestic worker and the security guard saw me, they fetched me and got the file for me. If it wasn’t for them I wasn’t going to get help. This is very sad and makes me angry because it’s not the first time it’s happening to me.
I would like to get a feedback of how we can fix this situation.
The services it’s poor. I went the from 6am until 3 pm they don’t like the job
